How To Fix A Broken Tech Deck Board
Imitating the 'Pep Team': an obsession which may lead to failure Junior

It is no secret that Barcelona 'Pep' Guardiola is the team that Best play football today. It is as close to perfection and has everything to be the best set of history, beating AC Milan of Arrigo Sacchi, the Real Madrid of the Fifth (5 European Cups) and at the same 'Dream Team' that formed the 'Barca 'in the early 90's. You may lose, as happened last year in the semifinals of Champions League against Inter Milan, but did not betray his identity.
The "Pep Team 'has set a time and in love with the football world with his lyrical touch, pressure, with and without the ball, and effectiveness. It is not only playing well, is to transform this magic embodied in the securities field, and this team has achieved (in 2 seasons has got 8 titles) with luxury and detail.
Hence lies the great admiration and envy felt by some coaches healthy for the current Barcelona game. Such is the obsession to imitate the inimitable that many coaches have made the task of copying its tactics again and again observe the movements of the players 'Barça' and try, where possible, their teams or teams practicing the same football.
Sergio Batista for Argentina and Fabio Capello with England, to name a few technicians, are two of more obsessed breeders. Both have publicly disclosed that force players to watch videos of 'Barca', they talk constantly with Guardiola and try to imitate at least the Catalans.
The question is: Will they succeed? and this goal will be a mere illusion and will fail in the attempt.
Entering the plane of the comparisons, Personally, I think it will be impossible. Undoubtedly, Argentina and England, for example, are the stars needed to practice a modern football and great display, but do not have the key pieces, football players with the ship, Xavi, the Iniesta, the Buquet, Messi, the Alves, to name the most prominent.
Argentina have Messi, but it is not enough. Many people do not understand that the key to 'Barca' not their stars, if not the whole. The 'Flea', no doubt, is the best player in the world, but things are easier for him when he has to Iniesta and Xavi and their squires.
Argentina has not and therein lies their error. In that Batista should work if you do not want to end up like the last slain albiceleste technicians.
Capello, meanwhile, has a much harder task. England does not go through his prime. To do what you must change the identity of the English football, football who practice faster, vertical and of great strength.
I see a possible failure on the horizon. After the cardboard in the World Cup, Capello does not have the patience of the leaders of the English federation, let alone the fans. Time does not have and that is the key to a great project.
Football's 'Barca' not born the overnight. The Macia, birthplace of these cracks, is a school that has been working for many years and only now gets off. This will be a long harvest, but not eternal. Football, like life, turning constantly.
Now just enjoy playing this 'Barca' and rescue its essence, but not imitate the inimitable.

The Atletico won 2-0 at Real Cartagena for the ninth time Postobón League. Juan David Valencia and Carlos Bacca noted the many cast members 'shark'. The game was played at the stadium Metropolitano Roberto Melendez with an attendance of approximately 4000 people.
The match began with a fast pace and was played in both areas. Junior tried to control the ball and constant work that I missed several options at the feet of Carlos Bacca, Juan David Valencia and Luis Carlos Ruiz.
The great figure of Real Cartagena in the early minutes of play was the Uruguayan goalkeeper Adrian Berbia who took at least 3 balls destined for goal.
At 25 minutes came the goal that opened the scoring in the 'Metro'. Cesar Fawcett won, as usual, a left sector race, we gave the ball to Carlos Bacca, Buenos Aires striker eluded an opponent and gave the ball back to Juan David Valencia finished with his left leg. Berbia tried to stop the ball but could do nothing to avoid the 1-0 part.
good game of players like Sergio Otálvaro, Cesar Fawcett, Juan David Valencia, Luis Carlos Ruiz and Carlos Bacca. Unlike them, out of tune that was dull football captain Giovanni Hernandez, who never appeared in the game.
additional stage in the Junior team came to be that slow, erratic, and without identity decentralized football. Real Cartagena took it, took possession of the ball and so desperately sought the equalizer.
Each team through ball 'heroic' was a dagger to defend red and white. Without Giovanni (mentally left the game), Junior lacked ideas.
When the opponent played better, it came as the peace Barranquilla. Juan David Valencia got a long pass between two defenders 'heroic', Carlos Bacca receives, leaving a defender in the path and down in the area by goalkeeper Adrian Berbia. The striker grabbed the ball Buenos Aires safely and made the 2-0 final.
Junior did not play his best game, but returned to savor the sweet taste of victory. The accumulated Atletico 4 dates without a win, two of them local, and needed urgent sum of three to stay in contention for the qualifying places.
With this win the team 'shark' had 11 points in the league table Postobón, pending what happens tomorrow in the rest of the time to know your location.
